Michelle J. Adams, Esq.

Michelle Adams is a founding partner of Adams, Morris & Sessing. Her law practice primarily focuses on the following practice areas: Short Sale Negotiation, Debt Settlement and Lien Negotiation, Past Due Tax Filing and Offers in Compromise, Loss Mitigation and Foreclosure Defense. Ms. Adams has personally closed over 1,500 short sales and helped many homeowners maintain their dream of homeownership.

Ms. Adams has also provided direct assistance to pro bono clients through the Maryland Foreclosure Prevention Pro Bono Project and Maryland Volunteer Lawyer Services. She was recognized for her exceptional work on the foreclosure pro bono project in the September 2009 Maryland Law Journal.

Ms. Adams graduated Cum Laude from Brandeis University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology. She then attended American University, Washington College of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctorate in 1996. Ms. Adams is was admitted into practice in Maryland, District of Columbia and the Federal Courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia. Ms. Adams was born and raised in the state of Massachusetts (go Red Sox!) and currently resides in Darnestown, Maryland.

Elizabeth L. Morris, Esq.

Elizabeth L. Morris is a founding partner of Adams, Morris & Sessing. She attended the University of Baltimore School of Law where she graduated cum laude. Following graduation, Ms. Morris served as a law clerk for the Honorable G. Edward Dwyer in the Circuit Court for Frederick County. Ms. Morris is admitted to practice in the State of Maryland, the United States District Court for Maryland, and the United States Tax Court.

Ms. Morris focuses on the following practice areas: General Civil Litigation, Family Law, Adoption, Guardianship, Short Sale Negotiation, Loss Mitigation, Lien Negotiation, Foreclosure Defense. Ms. Morris is also regularly appointed by the Circuit Court for Frederick County to represent children in contested custody cases.

Timothy J. Sessing, Esq.

Timothy Sessing is a founding partner of Adams, Morris & Sessing. He attended the George Washington School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1996; Admitted into practice in Maryland, District of Columbia and the Federal Courts of Maryland and District of Columbia; Member of the Bar Association of Montgomery County and Frederick County Maryland. Mr. Sessing was born and raised in Minnesota and currently resides in Montgomery County.

Mr. Sessing is the managing partner of the firm and primarily focuses on the following practice areas: Bankruptcy, Creditor Issues, Probate, Estate Planning, Wills, Short Sale Negotiations, Loss Mitigation and Business Law.

Jane Park, Esq.

Jane Park practices exclusively in the area of U.S. federal immigration law. She is experienced in family, employment, investment immigration, as well as immigrant and nonimmigrant visa application processing at U.S. Embassies and consulates abroad. She has had the privilege of representing individual and institutional clients including major corporations, small businesses, educational institutions and world famous artists. She has spoken about immigration law and developments at conferences and actively volunteers at immigration clinics and workshops. Jane Park is licensed in the state of New York.
